Wristband Home Delivery

Ever After Music Festival will be using RFID-enabled wristbands to enhance your event experience.Your wristband serves as your ticket to enter the event fast – with just a quick tap of your wristband!

For those who purchase passes by 11:59pm on May 12, 2019, you should receive your wristband in the mail by May 24, 2019. Once you receive your wristband, register your wristband online before you arrive to the event.

For those who purchase passes after 11:59pm on May 12, 2019, please bring your e-ticket and photo ID to the Box Office/Ticket Swap onsite to exchange your ticket for your wristband. Make sure you register your wristband before you get to the entrance gates.

If you have not received your wristband by May 24, 2019, please email everafter2019@fulfillmentsupport.com with the following information:

• Ticket order number
• Purchaser full name
• Mailing address

You can also bring your online order confirmation and photo ID to an Early Exchange location or the Wristband Exchange tent during the festival. We will cancel your old wristband and re-issue you a new one.

International Orders
All international orders will be available for pick up at the Box Office/Ticket Swap onsite. Please bring your e-ticket and photo ID.

Wristband Registration

Before you arrive at the event, make sure to register your wristband online. Simply enter your personal information and wristband numbers and click “Register.” Wristband numbers are located on the back of the wristband’s RFID tag.

Wristband registration protects you in case you lose your wristband, it is stolen, it is damaged or it simply stops working. Only the person who registers their wristband or the original purchaser can be issued a replacement wristband. This helps us identify your unique wristband in case it gets lost or damaged.

Wristband FAQ's

Q) DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING WITH MY WRISTBAND BEFORE THE EVENT?

YES! Wristband registration is highly recommended. Before you arrive at the event, make sure to register your wristband online.

Important: Do not put on your wristband until the day of the event! Once the wristband is on, you won’t be able to remove it, as it locks instantly!

Q) HOW DO I REGISTER MY WRISTBAND?

Before you arrive at the event, make sure to register your wristband online. Simply enter your personal information and wristband number and click “Next.” Wristband numbers are located on the back of the wristband’s RFID tag.

Q) WHY SHOULD I REGISTER MY WRISTBAND ONLINE?

Q) I PURCHASED MY TICKETS BEFORE 11:59PM ON MAY 12 BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY WRISTBAND IN THE MAIL YET. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

Wristbands will ship in batches beginning on May 15, 2019 and should be received by May 24, 2019. If you have not received your wristband by this date, please email everafter2019@fulfillmentsupport.com with your ticket order number, purchaser full name and mailing address.

Q) I LOST MY WRISTBAND/NEVER RECEIVED IT IN THE MAIL! HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT? 

Please visit the Box Office/Wristband Swap onsite for a replacement wristband. Make sure you bring your e-ticket as well as your photo ID. If you are not the original purchaser, you will need to bring a letter from the original purchaser, outlining their consent for pick up, as well as a copy of their ID. Replacements subject to a $20 fee.

Q) THE ORDER THAT WAS SHIPPED TO ME IS MISSING WRISTBANDS/DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I PURCHASED. WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Wristbands are shipped by order, meaning that if you purchased tickets at different times, they will be shipped to you separately. Wristbands are fulfilled and shipped in batches, so you may not receive all of your orders on the same day.

If by May 24, 2019 you have not received all of your orders, or the order your received was incorrect, please email everafter2019@fulfillmentsupport.com with the following information:

  • Purchaser full name
  • Mailing address
  • Ticket order number (of not received or incorrect order)
  • Expected order items
  • Shipped order items (please include the 16-digit UID)

Q) I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT? 

All address changes must have been made before 11:59pm EST on May 12, 2019. After this, we will be unable to make any address changes. However, you can request to pick up your order at the Box Office/Wristband Swap by emailing everafter2019@fulfillmentsupport.com.

Q) I NEED TO CHANGE/ADD TO MY ORDER. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT? 

All orders are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, if you have questions about what you purchased, please email ShowPass at support@showpass.com. To buy additional passes, please visit our website.

Q) MY BUDDY AND I PURCHASED OUR TICKETS THE SAME DAY. THEY RECEIVED THEIR WRISTBAND, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MINE YET. SHOULD I BE WORRIED? 

Not to worry! Wristbands are fulfilled and shipped in batches. If you purchased your tickets by 11:59pm on May 12, 2019 but have not received your wristband by May 24, 2019, please email everafter2019@fulfillmentsupport.com with the following information:
